Alexandre Marchetti started his career at 19 with an internship at Banco Bozano Simonsen, a major investment bank. He later moved to Investshop, a retail and internet-focused business unit, where he was tasked with recruiting and servicing the first independent agents.

Identifying an untapped opportunity in the finance market, he transitioned from a rigid corporate structure to become an independent investment advisor. Marchetti co-founded a platform for autonomous agents and played a pivotal role in the growth and success of XP Investimentos, now one of Brazil's leading financial institutions.

In 2017, he founded Hub Capital, a cutting-edge platform tailored for independent agents, leveraging Silicon Valley-inspired technology and fintech concepts.
