Alexandra Uriarte
Global Agile Business and Workforce Transformation Lead at Carrier
Alexandra Uriarte is currently the Associate Director of Digital Training, Engagement, and Transformation at Carrier, a role she has held since May 2020. In this position, she focuses on driving large-scale organizational transformations, particularly through agile methodologies. Her earlier experience includes consulting and training roles at Scrum Inc., where she helped Fortune 500 companies transition to agile systems, and legislative work as an assistant to Congresswoman Maxine Waters.1
Uriarte holds a Master's degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from Harvard University, where she also earned a certificate in Organizational Behavior.1 She is based in Miami, Florida.1
