- Identify Sales Leads and Close the Sale

-Establish rental rate by surveying local rental rates; calculating overhead costs, depreciation, taxes, and profit goals.
-Attract tenants by advertising vacancies; obtaining referrals from current tenants; explaining advantages of location and services; showing units.
-Maintain property by investigating and resolving tenant complaints; enforcing rules of occupancy; inspecting vacant units and completing repairs; planning renovations; 
-Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends;
-Responsable for budget;
-Coordinate and schedule preventive maintenance;
-Ensure that properties are properly maintained.

Property Manager

Rent, buy, or sell property for clients. Perform duties, such as study property listings, interview prospective clients, accompany clients to property site, discuss conditions of sale, and draw up real estate contracts.

Consultant

- Assist department head  in the various important and sensitive administrative functions.
- Arrange and coordinate meetings, conferences and other such important and vital meetings.
- Keep a record of all sensitive and important information safely and securely.
Also perform a host of customer service assignments
- Take in part in administrative audits and studie and help prepare report for the head of the department
- Prepare a number of documents such as invoices, purchase orders, memorandums, and reports.
- Efficiently file and keep all the relevant documents safe and retrieve them as and when needed.
