Alexandra Ruiz is a multifaceted leader with extensive experience in government, nonprofit management, and social impact initiatives. She served as the Executive Director of Programs at the NYC Mayor's Office of Immigrant Affairs, where she led a team of 20+ program experts in creating innovative service interventions and campaigns that benefited over 200,000 immigrant New Yorkers.12
Alexandra is the founder and CEO of Poder Capital, a fintech company aiming to close the $60 billion lending gap for Latinx small businesses.2 She is also the founder of ARC (Architects of Revolutionary Change), a consulting practice that supports the transformation of social justice-oriented leaders and organizations.1
With over 15 years of experience, Alexandra has worked in various roles, including:
- Co-Branch Chief of Forward Planning at the NYC Vaccine Command Center
- Co-Chair of the NYC Task Force on Racial Inclusion & Equity's Vaccine Equity Sub-Committee
