Alexandra León

Alexandra León is a highly driven and passionate professional with over 8 years of experience in leading digital, design, and technology projects globally.

She has a solid background in digital project management and has spent the last 4 years working in DesignOps roles in corporate settings, currently serving at HUGE Inc. in Colombia.

In August 2021, Alexandra founded the DesignOps Latam community to enhance the practice's maturity in Latin America, collaborating with professionals worldwide and sharing knowledge through Spanish content.

Her educational background includes a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from EAE Business School, a Postgraduate degree in Agile Project Management from IEBS, a Bachelor's Degree in Management from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú, and an International Business Certification from Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey.

Throughout her career, Alexandra has held various significant roles such as DesignOps Manager at Huge, Design Operations Lead at Rimac Seguros y Reaseguros, and Consultora de Tecnología at Accenture, among others.

She has also been actively involved in academia, previously serving as a Pre Docente at Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú, a Postgraduate tutor at IEBS, and a Teacher Assistant for Project Management courses.

With a diverse professional background that includes roles in education, consulting, project management, and entrepreneurship, Alexandra León has demonstrated a strong commitment to driving impact through her work.
