Alexandra León

Alexandra Mengoni León is a design operations professional with extensive experience in leading digital, design, and technology initiatives. She currently holds the position of Design Operation Manager at Banco de Crédito del Peru (BCP).13

With over 9 years of experience, Alexandra has worked across diverse teams both locally and remotely. She began her career in digital project management before transitioning into design leadership roles, serving as a DesignOps professional for over 5 years in corporate settings.1

In August 2021, Alexandra founded the DesignOps Latam community, aiming to elevate the practice's maturity across Latin America. Through this initiative, she collaborates with professionals from various countries, curates Spanish-language content, and facilitates knowledge exchange within the community.13

Alexandra has lived and worked in several Latin American countries, including Peru, Colombia, Venezuela, and Mexico, which contributes to her global perspective on design leadership and community building.1
