She holds a PhD in Medical Physics from the University of Erlangen-Nuremberg, a Master of Science in Medical Informatics from Harvard Medical School, a Master of Science in Medical Engineering with a focus on Medical Imaging and Computer Science from the University of Erlangen-Nuremberg, a Bachelor of Science in Materials Science & Engineering from Imperial College London, a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Universidad de Cádiz, and a Bachelor of Science in Engineering Management from the University of Erlangen-Nuremberg.

Throughout her career, Alexandra has been associated with renowned organizations where she has held various roles. She previously worked as a PhD Student and Project Management in Magnetic Resonance Imaging focusing on Product Definition and Innovation at Siemens Healthineers, as a Research Fellow at Harvard University, as a Strategy Working Student in Magnetic Resonance Imaging at Siemens Healthineers, as a Research Scientist at the University of Erlangen-Nuremberg, and as a Business Development Intern at AB-CT - Advanced Breast-CT GmbH.
