Alexander Yakovlev

Alexander Yakovlev has accumulated over 20 years of experience in the enterprise IT industry with a diverse skill set embracing various technologies, exhibiting self-motivation, and successfully overseeing numerous projects, including the development of core banking systems and national implementations of RMS/WMS and R&D for mobile phones.

Currently, he serves as the leader of the Blockchain Lab at the National Settlement Depository, where his work involves spearheading innovative initiatives such as e-voting with zero-knowledge proofs, issuing bonds on the blockchain, and constructing the next generation of global distributed financial infrastructure. He actively contributes to the Hyperledger project and mentors startups, with a track record of over 1000 publications.
