•	Headed a team consisting of two PhD and two undergraduate students working with a life sciences spinout preparing to bring an RNA therapeutic to market
•	Conducted market research on the RNA therapeutic sector, analysing the impact of COVID-19 on regulation and growth within the industry
•	Identified and vetted pipeline of seven investors for seed funding

Project Manager

•	Consulted with a United Nations Foundation targeting engagement on advocacy issues focused on empowerment of women
•	Chaired a theory of change workshop with the client's senior management team to help focus the organisation’s impact 
•	Created a social media rebranding guide based on competitor analysis research resulting in a 15% increase in social media followers over a six-month period

•	Advised an environmental NGO on fundraising strategy
•	Researched over 50 funding opportunities and identified 10 grants suitable for the client
•	Streamlined application processes for the client by providing detailed breakdowns of grant requirements and application deadlines enabling the client to submit a grant application for the first time since 2017

Associate Consultant

Lab Intern in the Coffey lab, part of the London Project to Cure Blindness
•	Worked alongside a team of scientists attempting to create a stem cell based regenerative therapy to reverse the effects of macular degeneration 
•	Sequenced the genome of a patient to determine the nature of their disease causing mutation

Laboratory Assistant

Lab Intern in the Mann lab focused on cancer biology
•	Compiled data to assist the lab in drug discovery research
