Alexander Pemba, a process-oriented scientist, engineer, chemist, and social entrepreneur, brings over a decade of experience in renewable and degradable packaging chemistry, high-volume microprocessor manufacturing, pilot laboratory operation, and project management. A proven leader and motivator, Alexander is an expert in chemistry and polymer science, audio design software, instrumentation, and business planning. With a Ph.D. in Chemistry from the University of Florida and a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry from Texas A&M University, Alexander has held various executive positions, including Director of Quality at D6 Inc., CEO and Founder at DiaspoRADICAL Soundscapes, and Co-Founder and Chief Marketing Officer at Du Sud Meats (MWP) Zimbabwe. He has also served as an Industrial Postdoctoral Researcher and Technology Associate at the University of Florida, and as a Graduate Research Assistant at the same university.
