With a degree in Applied Mathematics and skill in Mathematical Modelling in Economics from Sankt-Peterburgskij Gosudarstvennyj Morskoj Tehniceskij Universitet, Alexander has a wide range of tailored experience in property development such as concept, financial modeling, feasibility study, marketing activities, and area development projects. Alexander has participated in some of the most ambitious projects in Saint Petersburg such as Nevskaya Ratusha business area, Maryino industrial park, European Embankment commercial and residential complex, and has worked with various formats of real estate such as offices, industrial parks, hotels, mixed-use complexes, land development, etc.
