Alexander Ohebshalom

Alexander Ohebshalom is a seasoned real estate professional with a diverse background in various facets of the industry. Ohebshalom obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration in Real Estate Development at Zicklin School of Business, followed by studies in Real Estate Development at NYU Schack Institute of Real Estate and HBS Alumnus 2019 at Harvard Business School. He has held several roles throughout his career, starting as a broker intern at Massey Knakal Realty Services, then as an Assistant Project Manager, Acquisition Analyst, and later as a Mortgage Broker, all at Empire Management. He served as Assistant Superintendent at The Rinaldi Group LLC before co-founding Bixby Hospitality, which he later left to create Flâneur Hospitality.

Ohebshalom currently acts as Chief Operating Officer at Empire Management, where he applies his diverse expertise in the hospitality and real estate industries, including acquisitions, design, development, financing, and operations. His background and career are a testament to his commitment and excellence in providing quality services in real estate development, project management, and hospitality.
