Venture Building Project: End-to-End design, development and Go-to-Market of a corporate venture (Platform Business Model) for a personnel service provider.

We were asked to build the future business model of the client to disrupt and innovate their existing business model but use a new brand and new target groups to make sure existing business is not cannibalized. 

Using the new brand the matching technology was tested, user behavior validated and significant funding allocated to ensure success of the new corporate venture.

With reanimation.app the CPR is exercised on top of the smartphone and uses the build-in sensors to measure depth and movement to determine if CPR is performed according to CPR guidelines and coaches the user through the process via voice.

Personal Responsibility
Next to strategic and business decisions in the management team my major personal responsibility is the execution of our user-centric process to product development in an agile software development process with our design-team and our remote IT department. We are using in-app behavior personas, surveys, one-on-one user interviews to build hypothesis and testing-scenarios to drive conversion and retention to an above industry standard level. 

Secondly I execute the main performance marketing channels that drive Keleyas growth on Facebook and Instagram and build sensible campaigns for user acquisition, user-reengagement and user-retention.

In the beginning of Keleya my main responsibility was validation of our value proposition by building the MVP and get a first Proof-of-Concept with actual first customers. Furthermore my main target was getting our Pre-Seed Investor, the insurance company Württembergische-Wüstenrot on board.

Megameister:
My main responsibility was the strategic and oprational turnaround of a digital MVP of a B2C craftsman marketplace to a service company called megameister. The team scaled the company from a 0 turnover project to a significant player in the market by digitalizing all non-craftsman processes from a fully automated offer process to invoicing rather than simply connecting people with craftsman.

At first our main responsibility was to build a small but strong team of 3 people from etventure and build a culture of "getting things done", rethinking the value proposition and adapting the product to product-solution fit. After having achieved this milestone we scaled the company from zero to hero in order to hero and actually generate enough revenue to find a suitable strategic partner to integrate it to their existing structure.

Ideation & Validation in eHealth
Within the sphere of the joint venture of W&W and etventure we established a new approach of building digital companies in an incubator with a qualitative and quantitative gate process.

Within that process we established a two weeks long ideation & validation sprint as known from SCRUM. Small & agile teams with very distinguished skill sets that one week executed user-testings and tested hypothesis, using well known methodologies from Design Thinking. The upcoming week another team validated the hypothesis and value propositions with small digital products.

Through this funnel two projects were identified and rolled-out on a larger scale.

My personal responsibility here was to identify a process how a ideation & validation process could be established in such a short time and managing both "SCRUM" teams as well as pitching the tested solutions to a diverse group of mentors and superiors in order to find early backers and funding to further develop the projects.
