Alexander Goshchitsky is a seasoned private equity professional, angel investor, and corporate consultant with extensive experience in deal-sourcing, structuring, and negotiating agreements in Russia and Europe. Over his 17-year career, he has effectively managed and exited investments in growing businesses, facilitated M&A transactions, and actively participated as a board member in strategy development, performance management, and improving corporate governance and management practices. With special expertise in internet-based startups, Alexander has established a far-reaching network of contacts in PE and business circles across different regions. He earned his MSc from the University of Bristol and pursued additional studies at Ural State University and West Texas A&M University. Notably, he has held positions as Head of M&A at СКБ Контур, Partner at Projector Ventures, Investment Director at Eagle Capital Partners, and Partner at Eagle Venture Partners Ltd, among others. He is a former lecturer in economics at Liberal Arts University of Ekaterinburg and has worked as a freelance interpreter and translator.
