My consulting practice at Putnam Associates focuses on advising clients at the intersection of transformative science, cutting edge commercial strategy, and market access excellence.

I work with a diverse set of global and start-up pharmaceutical, biotechnology, surgical device, and diagnostics clientele. My work cuts across the product life cycle including early-stage (preclinical, and clinical-stage assets in PhI, PhII, and PhIII development) and in-line assets and across functional areas including  Commercial Strategy, Value Pricing and Access, and Business Analytics.

Recent therapeutic area experience includes small molecule and biopharmaceutical approaches to neurodegeneration, sleep disorders, cardiology, oncology including solid tumor and hematological malignancies across anatomical sites (e.g., lung, breast, renal, bladder, leukemia including Chimeric Antigen Receptor T-Cell / CART approaches), benign hematology including Sickle Cell Disease, allergy / immunology and autoimmune diseases (visceral and dermatological, including rheumatoid and psoriatic arthritis, atopic dermatitis and psoriasis, alopecia, asthma) and extensive work in vaccine preventable diseases. Beyond pharma, recent technological work has included oncology and precision medicine diagnostics and imaging, connected surgical devices and Software as a Medical Device, and women’s and prenatal health diagnostics.

Specific experience includes  sizing orphan disease markets, analyzing clinical data and competitive intelligence from both scientific and commercial lenses, and assessing market opportunities, commercialization, and access strategies using qualitative and quantitative methodologies across US, EU, AP, and emerging markets (LATAM, AfME).

I supported senior leadership of new products groups and established brand teams in developing actionable insights and strategic approaches to optimizing new product development for commercial success, go-to-market pricing and market access, modeling and capturing ongoing opportunities, and lifecycle management of established brands.
