Alexander Axthelm is the Founder and Managing Director of Scaled Innovation GmbH, where he, along with his partner Alexander Dittrich and his expert team, advises and supports organizational development and scaling of large DAX corporations and medium-sized businesses in collaboration with motivated entrepreneurs, CEOs, and executives.

With a background in leading German companies and years of experience in one of the world's largest consulting firms, Alexander's mission is to boost companies' success by identifying and eliminating inefficiencies through clear strategies, measurable goals, transparent systems, targeted automation, and continuous improvement processes.

Having earned an MBA in Entrepreneurship & Innovation Management and a BA in Tourism Management, Alexander is passionate about innovative solutions and future-oriented approaches, recognizing the importance of creating systems that inspire employees to excel, fostering a culture of productivity and creativity.

Through his consultancy, Alexander guides entrepreneurs and corporate giants alike in regaining their freedom to shape Germany's technological landscape significantly.
