Alexander Auriti

Alexander Auriti is a corporate transactional lawyer with expertise in general transactional matters, including sales, acquisitions, and lending transactions as well as securities and tax matters.

He holds a Juris Doctor (J.D.), cum laude, in Corporate Law from Duke University School of Law. Additionally, he studied International Business for his MBA at the University of Hawaii at Manoa and completed a BA in East Asian Studies at Haverford College.

Currently an Associate at K&L Gates, Alexander has also worked at Brooks, Pierce, McLendon, Humphrey & Leonard, LLP, where he gained experience as an Associate and Summer Associate. Prior to his legal career, he held roles as a Legal Intern at North Carolina Conservation Network, Consultant at Resources Global Professionals, HR Analyst at Hawaiian Airlines, and Project Manager at DFS Galleria.
