Alexa Kay is a proficient Machine Learning Engineer with a strong foundation in Chemical Engineering and a minor in Biomedical Engineering.
With 2.5 years of valuable experience at Holberton School, she specialized in developing Machine Learning projects as part of a project-based software engineering program.
During her tenure, she successfully created, tested, and documented 42 real-world projects, benefiting over 100 students globally.
Alexa excels in various programming languages including Python (Numpy, Tensorflow, Keras, Scikit-Learn), C/C++, SQL, Ruby on Rails, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
Her expertise spans across different areas of Machine Learning such as Supervised Learning, Unsupervised Learning, and Reinforcement Learning utilizing tools like Neural Networks, CNNs, RNNs, Transformers, KerasRL, and much more.
She is skilled in Data Visualization tools like Matplotlib, Seaborn, and Pandas, and proficient in working with databases like MySQL and MongoDB.
Additionally, Alexa has a solid understanding of Cloud services like AWS (EC2, S3) and GCP, along with familiarity in frameworks like Git, Docker, Anaconda, Flask, and more.
