Alex Whatley

Alex Whatley is an experienced professional with a strong background in marine technology, small craft design, yacht manufacturing, and surveying.

His educational journey includes studying L7 CPD modules in Marine Technology (Small Craft Design) at MTEC and earning a BSc (Hons) in Yacht Manufacturing & Surveying from Solent University.

With a diverse work history, Alex has held key positions in various organizations, including serving as the Project and Knowledge Exchange Manager at the University of Plymouth.

His past roles also include being the FaBTest Operations Manager at the University of Exeter, Marine Innovation Service Manager at The Cornwall College Group, and Curriculum Area Manager for Marine Technology at The Cornwall College Group.
