Alex Tam is a highly experienced and respected product design leader with over 15 years of experience building and shipping products and services that meet the needs of millions of users. After studying Bachelors In Engineering and Design at the University Of Waterloo, Tam has worked with some of the biggest Fortune 500 clients in the technology industry in his role as a UX design veteran at frog design. He has developed expertise in interaction design, user research, rapid ideation, and service design. Tam is also a respected leader who has managed 35+ designers across various teams in four cities and two countries. His unique ability to collaborate effectively with other business leaders has seen him drive alignment to product vision, accelerate company goals, and level-up any design team. Tam has broad expertise in process design, brainstorming, cross-functional collaboration, public speaking, workshop facilitation, and service design, and his commitment to his work has enabled him to build a strong retention track record in even the most competitive markets.
