Alex Spencer

Alex Spencer is a highly experienced software engineer with over 11 years of experience in the industry. Throughout his career, Alex has honed his skills in a wide range of technologies, including Ruby, Ruby on Rails, React, React Native, HTML, CSS, Git/Github, PostgreSQL, MySQL and TDD via RSpec and Capybara. He has also developed a wealth of experience in REST, CI/CD deployment, and PHP. Alex has worked within various organizations, most notably, Bear Tech Developers, where he served as Co-Founder and Lead Web and Mobile Architect. Before co-founding Bear Tech Developers, he held a variety of positions ranging from Director of Software Development at Spectrio to Senior Software Architect at Spectrio. Alex has also worked with Innovations for Learning, Bloc, Inc., RedVector, Adfitech, DCA, and Bear Technologies LLC in the past. He holds a degree from Idaho State University.
