In her current role as a Global Advisory Consultant at Black & Veatch, Alex excels in advising utilities, governments, and companies on strategies for accelerating transportation electrification. Her expertise spans various areas including sustainable business practices, ESG reporting, electrification, circular economy, and smart cities. Alex is a bridge-builder, connecting people with innovative ideas to create systems that prioritize both humanity and the planet.
Alex's professional journey includes roles such as Head of Programs and Smart Mobility Adoption Manager at Smart Columbus, Outreach Specialist at the Solid Waste Authority of Central Ohio, and Research Assistant at Arizona State University. She has also served as the President & Co-founder of a sustainability committee at Arizona State University and as a Research Scholar for the Appalachia Ohio Zero Waste Initiative. Throughout her career, Alex has developed skills in relationship management, project management, data analysis, and storytelling.
