After serving as HR Head at one of Samsung's largest subsidiaries globally, Alex founded ARLee Consulting, a boutique firm offering specialized services in HR Strategy Consulting, Career Coaching, and MBA Admissions Counselling for renowned programs like HBS, Stanford, Wharton, and INSEAD.

Throughout his career, Alex has demonstrated proficiency in organizational strategy, recruiting, talent development, resume/CV review, career advising, and compensation. He has navigated roles in both corporate giants like Samsung Electronics and small tech startups, bringing a diverse perspective to his consultancy work.
