Alex Peters-Day

Alex Peters-Day holds a BSC in Social Anthropology with a 2.1 from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE). Additionally, she studied Psychology, Classical Civilisation, and Religious Studies at Skipton Girls' High School.

With a rich and diverse professional background, Alex Peters-Day has held various roles in both the public and private sectors. She is currently serving as the Head of Strategic Communications, Planning, and Engagement at West Yorkshire Combined Authority. Previously, she contributed her expertise as a Governor at Craven College and as the Lead Consultation and Engagement Officer at West Yorkshire Combined Authority.

Prior to her current role, Alex Peters-Day worked as a Freelance Writer and Public Affairs consultant, gaining valuable experience in communication and strategic planning. She also excelled as a Government Relations Adviser, Assembly Relations Manager, and Stakeholder Communications Manager at Transport for London. Her early career included serving as the General Secretary at LSE Students' Union, showcasing her leadership skills and organizational abilities.
