Alex Mirailh, a former US Navy Chief Petty Officer, has an extensive background in operations management, talent acquisition, and cybersecurity training. He is currently an Area Manager II at Amazon, where he applies his winning mindset to create a contagious and energetic atmosphere among his team.

Alex holds an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in General Studies from Bellevue College and a Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Management from Grand Canyon University, where he maintained a 3.9 GPA.

Before joining Amazon, Alex was a B2B Consultant for IT and cybersecurity training at LeaderQuest, where he conveyed the lost art of professional courtesy through simple but powerful words like "please," "thank you," and "excuse me." He also served as a Talent Acquisition Manager, Recruiting Specialist, and Operations Intelligence Manager in the US Navy.
