Alex Mears is a seasoned professional known for his expertise in building automation and peace of mind solutions for cloud security and governance. He follows the philosophy of doing things well, making others happy, understanding problems before offering solutions, and being efficient.

He completed his high school education with an impressive HSC/UAI of 97.5 at Cherrybrook Technology High School. Later, he pursued a Bachelor of Commerce (Honors Second Class - Division 1) with majors in Finance and Economics at the University of Sydney.

In terms of professional experience, Alex has held key positions in various reputable organizations. He currently serves as a Senior Product Manager at Trend Micro. Prior to this, he was the Head of Product at Cloud Conformity, which was later acquired by Trend Micro. He also has a background as a Product Lead at NextCapital Group, Product Technology Manager at Trefis, and Product Manager & Co-founder at Pegmi.

Alex Mears also has a strong foundation in the financial sector, having worked as an Investment Analyst at Schroders and ABN Amro Asset Management. He also served as an Equity Analyst at Ecinya Consultants.
