Alex Mauger

Alex Mauger was a Senior Associate at Carey Olsen, a law firm in Guernsey.1 He has extensive experience in advising on the formation, structuring, management, and financing of investment funds. In February 2024, Mauger transitioned to a new role as Head of Legal at Elysium Fund Management Limited.23

During his time at Carey Olsen, Mauger worked on several notable projects:

1. He assisted partner David Crosland in advising Endeavour Vision on the launch of their US$375 million Endeavour Medtech Growth II LP fund.1
2. He was part of the team that advised Synthesis Capital on the launch of a US$300 million foodtech fund.4
