Alex Liu

Alex Liu is an Asia-based technology entrepreneur with a passion for economics, current affairs, and history. He strongly believes in decentralized solutions for addressing climate change and views digital currencies as a valuable reference point. With a diverse work experience in East Asia, excluding North Korea, Alex has a corporate background at Qualcomm, where he successfully managed a profitable product line. His career kicked off at Stanford University, where he earned both his Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Electrical Engineering. Alex has held leadership roles at AMIS Technologies and MaiCoin, Ltd., and served in various capacities at renowned tech companies like Samsung Electronics and Atheros Communications. Originally from Taiwan but raised in Southern California, Alex finds his true belonging in Northern California and enjoys annual trips to the Sierra Nevada for outdoor activities.
