Alex Lam is a multifaceted individual with a diverse background in startups, non-profit associations, standards committee work, blogging, community development, and a passion for exploring new technologies.

With a strong emphasis on web services, niche marketing, startup bootstrapping, and disruptive technologies, Alex possesses a unique skill set that includes expertise in areas such as chasm crossing, tipping points, media, VoIP, loyalty services training, risk management, value investing, iPhone application development, cloud computing, and programming languages like Django and PHP.

Having studied at Monash University, Alex has been involved in various organizations, including serving as a Minority Owner at Ebbsfleet United Football Club, Vice President Engineering at Perfectsen, and as a Founding Partner at Horizon Connect.

Prior roles also include being a Bootstrap Director at Maranas Sdn Bhd, a Technical Director and Co-Founder at Zeltrans Sdn Bhd, Co-Founder and CEO at Podcast Sdn Bhd, and working in roles such as Web Services at Lisa and Systems Analyst at I&J Sb.
