Alex Johnston is a civic designer and social entrepreneur with a strong belief in a triple bottom line framework for the future of cities. In 2014, Alex founded Cities Reimagined, a service design firm focused on addressing complex urban challenges through human-centered design principles. Alex is a graduate of the London School of Economics with a Master’s Degree in Cities. Additionally, Alex is a founding partner of Plain Sight, a startup that fosters connections among individuals with shared goals and aspirations. Alex is passionate about teaching civic design to public servants and those interested in effecting positive change in their communities.
