I observe two dominant behaviors in business:

    • People who always do what they say they are going to do

    • People who never do what they say they are going to do.

    The middle is rare. 🤷

Robotics is a game changer for longevity of restaurant franchises.

    Why?

Because like everything in the universe restaurants ultimately go down due to entropy.

    Let me explain.

A restaurant is a business where people expect consistent experience.

A restaurant is a business where every day is day 0.

Its not likely to get better over time it is only likely to get worse.

The cause of getting worse is humans inability to deliver consistent experience over time.

    Robots 🤖 solve that.

While this is true in anything it is a particularly game changing in food because of the very nature of the expectations of consistency and sometimes quality.

The bottom line, provided that robots are cost effective the LTV of the customers should increase significantly.
