Alex pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Management and Marketing / Systems at Taylor University, complementing their academic qualifications with a high school education at Norwell High School.

With a diverse professional background, Alex has served in various roles such as SaaS Consultant in Customer Success, Sales Enablement Specialist, Non-Profit Consulting, and Mentorship Program Manager at Zylo and Orr Fellowship. Additionally, they have experience as a Data Analyst and Enrollment Data Systems Intern at Taylor University, Business Analyst Intern and Data Analytics Team Leader at Ambassador Enterprises, LLC, and in various internships promoting planning, process improvement, and career development.

Alex's involvement also extends to student initiatives, having been a part of the Student-Led Men's Tennis Endowment Initiative at Taylor University while balancing academic and athletic responsibilities as a student-athlete in Tennis.
