Alex Hubbard

Alex Hubbard is a well-educated professional with a strong background in the sports industry, focusing on sport development and promotion.

With a Master's degree in Sport Management from The University of Texas at Austin and a B.S.; B.J. in Sport Management and Journalism, Alex has a solid academic foundation in the field.

Alex has held various roles at Special Olympics Texas, including Regional Executive Director, Associate Executive Director - North Region, and Program Director, showcasing his dedication to serving and educating others through sports.

Prior to his work at Special Olympics Texas, Alex gained experience as an Athletics Communications Assistant at the University of Memphis and as a Media Relations Student Assistant at The University of Texas at Austin.

His experience also includes coaching basketball at Trinity Episcopal School, working as an Administrative Assistant/Program Coordinator at Austin Wildcats Basketball, and interning at University Interscholastic League and KEYE-TV, demonstrating his diverse skill set and passion for sports.
