Alex Hu, CFA, is a highly experienced finance leader with over 12 years of expertise in global B2B enterprise software companies and a former software research analyst at a BB investment bank. His background encompasses various roles in strategic finance, investor relations, go-to-market finance, product finance, fundraising, financial reporting, audit support, analytics, sales forecasting, valuation, scenario planning, financial systems implementation, public company readiness, ESG, equity research, and pre-IPO due diligence.

As a CFA Charterholder and CPA License holder (inactive), Alex has a strong financial acumen highlighted by his previous FINRA Series 7, 63, 86, and 87 licenses.
