Alex Hill

Alex Hill is the Director of Investments at Icarus Alternative Investments, a role he has held since the company's inception. He is based in Suwanee, Georgia, and has a robust background in finance and real estate investment. Prior to joining Icarus, Hill was a Founding Partner and served in various capacities including Managing Director at Patterson Real Estate Advisory Group, where he played a crucial role in closing over $2.8 billion in capital for more than 100 commercial real estate transactions.124

Hill is also recognized for his entrepreneurial spirit; he co-founded Yonder Yoga in 2019, which has expanded to five locations and employs approximately 135 people. His educational background includes a degree from the University of Georgia, where he graduated with a BBA in 2010. During his time at university, he was captain of the Bulldog tennis team, leading them to back-to-back national titles and receiving the Joel Eaves Award for maintaining the highest GPA among male athletes.123

In addition to his professional achievements, Hill is actively involved in community service, coaching youth basketball and participating on the Young Alumni Board of UGA's Terry College of Business from 2014 to 2017.1
