Alex Foley

Alex Foley is a veteran in the communication and media industry, with extensive experience in research, insights and portfolio planning. After earning a Bachelor of Arts in communication and media studies from the University of Portsmouth, Foley began his career as a production assistant at Margaux Matrix Limited, where he gained experience in the nitty-gritty of the industry.

Foley joined Kantar Media Intelligence as a media analyst before being promoted to research and account executive, sharpening his research and analysis skills. He eventually took his expertise to Discovery Inc, starting as a research analyst before rising through the ranks to become Senior Research Director for the UK and ANZ. Later, he became the Vice President of Portfolio Planning & Insights for the UK at the same company, honing his skills in strategic planning and insights.

Foley's expertise lies in research, strategy, insights, communication, media, and analysis - all gained through his extensive experience in Kantar Media Intelligence and Discovery Inc. Through training and experience, he has become adept at using data and information to drive strategy and decision-making, positioning himself as an expert in media industry insights.
