Alex Fell

Alex Fell is an accomplished leader in the field of ethics, compliance, and risk management with broad experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Fell earned a Bachelor of Arts in Management and International Business from Newcastle University and another Bachelor of Arts in Business from Kedge Business School. Additionally, Fell studied at ICAEW where he acquired skills in finance and audit.

Fell's career began with management consultancy division at RSM US LLP, where he gained valuable experience before transitioning to GlaxoSmithKline (GSK). During his time at GSK, Fell held a range of leadership positions, including Director of Strategic Risk Evaluation, Director of Eastern Hemisphere Audit and Assurance, and Internal Audit Director and Audit Manager. Fell finished his GSK career with the Vice President Global Ethics and Compliance role, where he led the Strategy, Planning, and Operations team.

Currently, Fell serves as Head Ethics, Compliance and DPO International for Amicus Therapeutics, where he manages his team's compliance and ethics programs. Previously, he served as Head Ethics and Compliance International at Amicus Therapeutics, where he oversaw the development and implementation of compliance programs for Global Ethics and Compliance.
