Alex Fell

Alex Fell is a highly skilled and experienced technologist and developer with a passion for solving problems and creating visually rich interactive applications. He has primarily focused on browser-based technologies such as HTML/CSS and ES* languages but has extensive experience in various other supportive technologies such as nodejs, Java, Python, Bash, C#, and PHP. He is well-versed in both agile and waterfall process methodologies as well as software engineering practices such as OOP/design patterns, FRP, TDD/BDD, pair programming, code review, version control, and continuous integration. He has leadership and management experience of software development teams of various sizes and has previously held positions such as Software Development Manager at Tesco, Principal Software Engineer at Velo Payments and News UK, and Creative Technology Lead and Flash Developer at various other companies. Alex has also completed his BSc in Multimedia Technology and Design at Brunel University London.
