Alex Douglas

Alex Douglas is the Associate Director at Investure, a firm specializing in investment consulting. She joined Investure in May 2019 and has a background in various investment fields, including hedge funds, traditional equity, and fixed income investments. Prior to her role at Investure, she worked at the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation, where she focused on hedge funds and traditional investments, and at the Georgetown University Investment Office, concentrating on public market investments and macroeconomic research.12

Douglas holds a Bachelor of Science from the Edmund A. Walsh School of Foreign Service at Georgetown University and a master’s degree from the Johns Hopkins University Paul H. Nitze School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS). In addition to her professional responsibilities, she serves on the Investment Committee for both the Madeira School in McLean, Virginia, and the Charlottesville Area Community Foundation.2
