Alex Chou, Director of Enterprise Strategy & Operations at DoorDash

Alex Chou is currently the Director of Enterprise Strategy & Operations at DoorDash, a food delivery company based in San Francisco.2 In this role, he has been responsible for leading the company's enterprise strategy and operations since November 2021.2

Prior to joining DoorDash, Alex held several other notable positions:

• Head of Sales Ops and GTM Strategy at Alto Pharmacy from 2019 to 2021, where he built out sales ops processes, supported company-wide GTM strategy development, and grew the national field sales team2
• Global Strategy and Planning at Uber for Business from 2018 to 2019, being the 1st member of the global strategy and planning team which he grew to 6 people2
• Co-founder, General Manager and Head of Strategy of Uber Health from 2017 to 2019, where he founded, launched and led Uber Health into a business helping millions of patients overcome transportation barriers to access care2

Alex holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin and a Master's degree in Computer Science & Information Technology from the University of Pennsylvania, where he graduated with a 3.91 GPA.1
