Alex Brewer

Alex Brewer is an experienced leadership development consultant who specializes in helping healthcare organizations shape their talent development strategy. With an MBA in Behavioral Sciences, Marketing Management, and Business Analytics from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Carleton College, Brewer applies behavioral science insights to explore and define how healthcare institutions can develop their staff to align with their strategic goals.

Throughout his career, Brewer has designed and delivered over 100 workforce development solutions to ensure that healthcare institutions have the leaders in place that they need. As a people manager, he has demonstrated the ability to build and engage high-performing teams.
