Currently serving as the Head of Product at Elwood Technologies, where he leads the development of a proprietary trading platform that enables institutions and Fintechs to access digital assets through a single API connection.

Previously involved in building HSBC's digital bank proposition, Kinetic, aimed at addressing challenges faced by small business customers.

One of the founding employees at Red Deer, Alex played a key role in overseeing product strategy, partnerships, and data consumption within the cloud-based platform, contributing to transforming the platform into a commercially viable product.

Before Red Deer, he held the position of Product Manager for the EMEA region at Bloomberg, managing a diverse product portfolio and a large team across different locations, successfully driving product strategy and data extraction innovation.

In addition to his professional roles, Alex Bicknell is actively involved as a Board Member and Trustee at ECHO (Evelina Children's Heart Organisation), contributing to the governance and strategic direction of the charity that supports families affected by children with heart conditions.
