Alex Ball is a technically inclined technical writer with a strong background in the cable-television industry, focusing on interactive TV and OCAP. With expertise in search engines, GIS, and more, Alex excels in delivering a wide range of services including API design, system development, project management, content engineering, technical writing, and training across various industries.

His experience spans television, consumer and enterprise software, document management, and geographic information systems (GIS). Alex is proficient in creating automation systems, API references, test plans, requirements documents, specifications and standards, and training materials.

Beyond his technical writing career, Alex also holds experience as an emergency medical technician (NREMT), having volunteered as a technical rescuer for ten years and worked in ambulance services for three years.
