Alesya Flynn is a military spouse with a passion for helping entrepreneurs achieve their dreams. With a Bachelor of Science in Management from Clemson University and experience in various leadership roles, Alesya is well-equipped to provide turnkey solutions to independent agency ownership. As the Agency Deployment Leader at Quantum Assurance International, Alesya's expertise in recruiting and HR management led her to become the Director of Recruiting before taking on her current position. Prior to this, she worked as a Store Manager at EXPRESS and a Sales Representative at SYNNEX. Alesya's love for helping others extends beyond her professional life, as she volunteers in her community and supports various charitable organizations.
