Alessandro Rinaldi is a global leader with a track record of success in growth and transformation across multiple countries. Having worked in both startups and established companies, his experience spans a range of industries, including technology, publishing, and entertainment. Rinaldi co-founded Due Bici, a US tech and consumer goods startup, and led it from market research to product launch. He also oversaw the growth of D-Share, an enterprise software startup, taking the company from $600k to $5mil in revenue in three years. Rinaldi has created new digital B2C products for media companies in the UK and Italy valued at over $20 million. His education includes studying business administration and management of information systems at top universities such as LIUC - Università Cattaneo, Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore, Stanford University Graduate School of Business, and Northeastern University.
Currently, Rinaldi is the Director of Innovation at Launch Factory and was formerly the San Diego Co-Chair at Stanford Angels & Entrepreneurs of Southern California. He was also an Entrepreneurship Expert at the Said Business School Entrepreneurship Centre at the University of Oxford - Said Business School and served as the Sr. Team Lead at Launch Factory.
