Alessandro Bruggia is a seasoned Senior Manager with a focus on values. He has a strong background in Strategy, Marketing, and Communication, along with extensive experience in Strategic Key Accounting and Sustainability. Alessandro also harbors a passion for Technology.

With an MBA in Marketing and Communication and a bachelor's degree in Business Management from Università Bocconi, Alessandro has had a stellar career journey, particularly during his 20 years at 3M. Over this time, he held 12 different roles spanning Consumer and Industrial sectors, consistently driving revenue and profit growth and achieving concrete outcomes in staff functions.

His most recent role at 3M was as the Director of Corporate Marketing, Communication, and Sustainability, showcasing his knack for innovation and growth. Outside of his corporate endeavors, Alessandro is involved in academia as an Adjunct Professor and serves as a Board member in non-profit organizations, including one he co-founded that focuses on empowering vulnerable women through vocational training in Sustainable Artisan Tailoring.
