Alessandra Zielinski

Alessandra Zielinski is a dedicated consultant and executive coach with a passion for capacity building in mission-driven organizations.

With a background in consulting across public, private, and nonprofit sectors, Alessandra specializes in program design, community engagement, strategic planning, and leadership development.

As a Certified Professional Coach, she helps leaders enhance their strategic thinking and effectiveness, working with private clients and leadership programs like the Holdsworth Center.

Bringing an intercultural perspective from living in multiple countries, Alessandra also teaches intercultural communications at American University.

Starting as a high school teacher, she holds educational access close to her heart and has engaged with various education-focused nonprofit organizations in different roles including board member, consultant, and mentor.

Alessandra holds an MBA in Sustainable Global Enterprise, a Certified Professional Coach certification, a Master's degree in International Relations, and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and French.

Her professional experience includes roles at ACZ Consulting, American University, Seattle Foundation, Deloitte, Ashoka, and the French Ministry of Education.
