Alessandra Demito

Alessandra Demito is a highly qualified professional with a diverse educational background. She holds a Ph.D. in Organizational and Work Psychology from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de Goiás, a Master's degree in Social Psychology from Universidade Católica de Goiás, and an MBA in Executive Leadership and Business Management from Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ). Alessandra has extensive experience as both an internal and external consultant in the areas of human resources management and organizational leadership development within large and medium-sized companies. She is a dedicated educator, teaching at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels, specifically in the fields of Executive Leadership and Business Management, as well as Commercial Management. Currently, Alessandra serves as the Director of Elevè Gestão com Pessoas, a consulting and training company specializing in psychology and executive education. Her research focuses on Psychodynamic Clinical Work, exploring the role of managers in work organization, mental health, and team members' productivity.
