Alena Reva is a highly experienced HR executive with over 10 years of leadership experience in the tech industry. She has shown exceptional talent in driving business impact through her data-centric approach, enabling productivity, profitability, and growth across international teams. Alena is a member of the leadership team responsible for 800+ employees across 26 countries with $410M+ annual revenue.

Alena oversees HR in North America, Latin America, and Europe and has successfully attracted, retained, and developed exceptional talent while leading 13 direct reports located in multiple countries. She leads with a business-focused and people-centric approach, delivering cross-cultural teams through rapid growth and downturn, accelerated transformations, mergers and acquisitions, and international office launches.

Her extensive experience in HR also includes organizational transformation, talent acquisition, employee experience, data and people operations, compensation and benefits, performance management, and process improvement. Alena brings a unique understanding of organizational culture and cross-cultural workgroups and has managed numerous post M&A integrations, productivity improvement initiatives, and developed a leadership development initiative to drive success and help leaders perform at their best.

Alena is passionate about culture and diversity and has introduced novel initiatives to support women in cyber and DEI initiatives, facilitated several corporate values redesign initiatives, and improved Glassdoor ratings by emphasizing employee experience and developing an inclusive work culture. She's also an experienced HRBP in cybersecurity and digital transformation and has worked on people operations, OD, and M&A.

Alena has a master's degree in International Industrial Management and Communications: Organization Management from the Baltic State Technical University and has completed a non-credit course in Managing the Organization at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.

She's been an HR Advisor at Global Innovation Labs and a member of The Boston Club--Women. Previously, Alena was the Vice President, Head of People for Americas and Europe, HRBP for E-commerce and Marketing, Vice President, Head of People for Americas, HR Lead of Digital Transformation, Global Director, M&A, HRBP for Global Sales, Marketing, and Tech, and Head of HR for Emerging Markets at Kaspersky. She was also the Director of Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Learning&Development, InterComm (startup) at Ferronordic Machines, the Director of Talent Acquisition & Career Management Division, and Manager of Organizational Development at Société Générale, and the Senior Researcher, High Tech at ANCOR.
