With a wealth-oriented and value-focused approach, Aleksey is a seasoned financial manager known for his integrity and hands-on experience in corporate and financial analysis. He has worked closely with Boards of Directors, Supervisory Boards, and General Meetings of Shareholders to drive financial strategies.

His expertise extends to identifying and evaluating hidden uncertainties that can impact value fluctuations during transaction integration. Aleksey excels in analyzing financial information by establishing plausible relationships among both financial and non-financial data points.

Aleksey Goncharenko holds a Master's Degree in Public Administration and a Ph.D. in the same field from the National Academy of Public Administration under the Office of the President of Ukraine. Furthermore, he has specialized training in business valuation as a licensed valuer, along with qualifications in International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) from PwC Academy, Ukraine, and an Engineer's Degree in Metallurgical Engineering from NTUU 'Kyiv Polytechnic Institute.'

Throughout his career, Aleksey has held various crucial roles at the State Property Fund of Ukraine, including Chief Expert positions in divisions such as European Integration and Cooperation, Appraisal of Property, Economic Analysis, Financial Planning, Property Reformation Issues, Investment Projects and Property Abroad, Lend-related Issues, and Audit and Control.
