Aleksander Szlachetko

Aleksander Szlachetko is an experienced manager with close to 25 years of career history in the IT and esport/gaming industries. He has held various positions at Intel, the world's leading microprocessor manufacturer, including roles in sales, marketing, and retail, eventually rising to the position of Regional Sales Manager. Since 2016, Szlachetko has been serving as the Managing Director at ESL Gaming, the world's largest esport company, where he oversees ESL Poland, focusing on its strategic development and impressive growth in recent years.

Szlachetko pursued his education by studying for a Master of Science in Management and Marketing at AGH University of Science and Technology.

Throughout his career, Szlachetko has been associated with several prominent organizations, including ESL Gaming, where he has served in roles such as Managing Director and former Business Development Director. Prior to ESL Gaming, he held various positions at Intel Corporation, such as EMEA Desktop Sales Manager, Retail Marketing Manager, CEE Market Development Manager, Field Sales Application Engineer, and Channel Sales Representative. Additionally, he has previously worked at Fincom Poland, Hogart, and River System Sp. z o.o. in different roles.
